Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 11 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 9 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 14 years are welcome.
All children or adults are charged ZAR 180.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 10 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
